- Return Terms
Return Period: You may return your product within 30 days of receiving it.
Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for returns:

Contacting Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to request a return.
Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service will provide a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the return packaging.
Returning Items: Please return the item in its original packaging and ensure it is intact. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it’s eligible for return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, but additional processing time may be required. - Shipping Costs
